All purchases made through Protected Youth are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.

Order Changes
For Pre-Made Items:
To request changes to your order (e.g., size, color, shipping address), you must contact us before your order has shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way. If you’re unable to locate this email, please reach out and we’ll provide an update on your order status.
For Pre-Order Items:
To make any changes to pre-order items, you must contact us before the pre-order period ends. Updates regarding pre-order timelines and status are shared on our Instagram Stories at @protectedyouth.us. If you don’t see the update you’re looking for, feel free to email us.
Missed Changes / Late Requests
If you’re unable to make changes within the allowed time frame, please contact us. While we cannot guarantee an exchange, we may offer store credit or a personalized discount code as a courtesy, depending on the situation.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
