Shipping Policy

Pre-Made Items:

Orders containing pre-made items will be processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Pre-Ordered Items:

Pre-ordered items require a production time of 2–4 weeks after the pre-order period closes. This allows our production team to cut and sew each product with care and precision.

Please note that pre-order periods vary by release. In some cases, production and shipping may take longer than the estimated timeframe due to factors such as:

  • Manufacturer holidays
  • High order volume
  • Production or material delays

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can enter this tracking number into the tracking system on our website to follow the status of your shipment.

Incorrect Address Policy

 

Please double-check all shipping information before completing your order.

Protected Youth is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address that was provided at checkout.

If you realize you’ve entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately via email (clubpy.us@gmail.com). If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update the shipping information.

If the error was made by our team and your order was shipped to the wrong address, we will correct the issue and reship your order to the correct address at no additional cost.

 

Once your order has shipped, it is out of our control and becomes the responsibility of the postal carrier. We are unable to replace or refund any orders lost or undelivered due to incorrect addresses submitted by the customer.
